All pieces are packaged and shipped from Portland, Oregon. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Local pickup is available if you’re in Portland, Oregon. Please email us beforehand to arrange a suitable time to collect your pieces.

As each piece is handmade, no two pieces are exactly the same. There may be slight variations in shape, size, and color. While handwashing is recommended for the best preservation of dishware ceramic, all pieces are dishwasher and microwave-safe unless otherwise stated. 

In the unfortunate case that your item is damaged in transit, please send us an email with a picture of the damages and you’ll be reimbursed. Otherwise, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
